Him snacking on something always made sense for his character for some reason. A keen to his character. Better that than smoking. It's was just cool for him snacking no matter where he was. See now this is the reason why they brought Han back 😁 in the newer fast and furious movies. Great positive influence by the actor and his character.

Honestly this change was much more memorable anyways… there’s thousands of actors over the decades who were told to smoke and “make it look cool”… but snacking can illicit the same effect for a character who’s chill and does whatever he wants, when he wants. It’s also kind of comedic as well.

I'm convinced Smosh jump started the meme culture we know today. I distinctly remember when they did all the interviews for Smosh Pit back in the day, and NO ONE knew what a "meme" was before that. Meme culture has really snowballed in the years following.
